Cindy Herman

Cindy has consulted with companies of all sizes: mission-driven organizations, entrepreneurial companies and global fortune 500 firms. She works internationally across levels and functions in diverse cultures and industries, including consumer goods, health care, pharmaceuticals, finance, technology and hospitality.

She has hands-on experience in management, marketing and human resources. Her areas of focus include program design and development, facilitating senior-team alignments, and executive coaching.

Expert in delivering high-impact initiatives, Cindy implements team and leadership competency development, hi-potential acceleration, communications and interpersonal effectiveness programs. She is committed to supporting leaders to align their choices and actions with their intentions, and to lead powerfully as they take themselves, their team, and their organization to new levels of success.

Cindy holds degrees in Business and Human Resource Management, Applied Psychology and in Practical Spirituality. She is also certified in Equine Facilitated Coaching. 

Cindy lives together with her husband in the Hudson Valley in New York and is an avid hiker, skier and horse-back rider. She maintains a yoga and meditation practice and is always exploring the edges of her own learning. 

Christina Neiman

Chris Neiman is an organizational development consultant who works with business leaders and teams improve communication, collaboration, cohesion and trust.  She brings a deep understanding and wide experience in team skills and adult learning, as well as a commitment to sustainable results in today’s challenging and constantly changing world of business.

Working globally across a range of industries, Chris provides organizational development consulting to middle and senior levels of companies through team alignments, executive coaching and customized training programs.  Her areas of expertise include leadership development, change management, conflict resolution, and training design.

Seen by her clients as straightforward, creative, compassionate and totally committed to results, she uses her knowledge and passion to support concrete and sustainable change.  

Her B.A. is in French Studies, her M.A. is in Adult Learning and Development, and she is a certified master coach.

Chris’ background includes living in France and Mexico, running women’s spiritual retreat groups, and working as a lecturer at Vanderbilt University.  She is an avid painter, and considers herself to be continuously on “the hero’s journey” of learning and growth.

Pete Elder

Pete is an organizational consultant, executive coach and trainer. He has been involved in the fields of managerial and organization development since 1987 in a wide variety of organizations, both within the U.S and abroad.  He is deeply committed to the vast potential existing within individuals and teams. Pete brings to his work a strong background in interpersonal and personal effectiveness along with a great deal of energy, rigor and spirit.

Focusing primarily on leadership teams, Pete’s areas of expertise include, high-intensity executive coaching, interactive and impactful training programs, and powerful team initiatives.  He works with mid-level and senior leaders to address needed behavioral skill-set and mindset shifts. 

He has worked with a wide range of Fortune 100 companies, small businesses and non-profit organizations both within the United States and internationally.   He has worked with teams and leaders within consumer products organizations, as well as pharmaceutical, hospitality, and financial organizations.

Pete holds a masters degree in Organizational Management and a bachelor degree in Psychology and Theater Arts and is a certified coach. 

He, his wife Martha, and his two young sons live in the woods an hour north of New York City.  In addition to his family and friends, he is passionate about hiking, biking, running and Jui Jitsu.  He and his family are committed to localizing their food chain, which includes raising free-range chickens.
